	Derwent is a double room with an en-suite bathroom that overlooks the courtyard to the front of the hall, with views down Hermitage Lane and over the fields to Mayfield Church
Luxuriously appointed including King sized Double Bed, Colour TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities, everything has been done to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Derwent would easily accommodate an additional single bed and/or Children's cot to enable you to convert to a Family room if required. £75.00 (per night including breakfast)
